activa.LIVE is a multimedia communication and artificial intelligence company. We use data as a source of intelligence to serve our clients and help them communicate better and generate more business. To achieve our goals, we use technology to aggregate and triangulate data from various publicly accessible sources, allowing analysis and searches to be carried out to improve our customers' communication with third parties who have a legitimate interest in their services and products.

To develop our solutions, we use information made public by the different entities that make up the direct and indirect public administration of Brazilian federative entities, especially the information disclosed based on the Access to Information Law (Law n.º 12.527/2011) and others normative acts that form part of the Federal Government's open data policy, as well as other publicly accessible data from non-governmental sources.

In some cases, we may also receive data from our partners/suppliers and customers for specific projects, always using contractual clauses and reports capable of establishing a high level of protection and security for the data processed, supported by the authorizations that our partners and customers have to process personal data, ensuring transparency to the holder about the treatment carried out.
